What’s the best way to mange your leads and contacts? Well, the jury is still out on that. Meanwhile here is a free online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that I ran into recently. Zoho CRM is an online CRM application that’s loaded with fabulous features and best of all it is free for up to 3 users and $12 per month for each additional user. You can easily configure and customize it within minutes. Your data is not locked up. You can move it anytime. It seems to be well suited for managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, forecasts, multiple campaigns and completed sales. Zoho CRM also integrates with your web forms. This means leads from any touch-point on your website can directly go to your database. The data can be exported out in .csv format. We have signed up for a free account to kick the tires and take it for a test drive. We will evaluate our results and report back in a few.

Planet Synergy recently turned 4 and to celebrate this milestone we revamped our website! We've tweaked our business model several times in the past years, but we've never lost sight of our main goal of enabling our clients to focus on their core business or competency by being a dependable source of on-demand information technology and business support services. On the IT solutions side we have added a cool feature called “Rent a Programmer.” As the name indicates, you can literally submit your project request online and get an immediate price quote back. You may rent one of our programmers for as little as one hour or as much as you need. In addition to staples such as PHP/ASP based application development, we have now built proficiencies in Web 2.0, open source, SharePoint and content management systems. On the business support services side we now offer “Real Estate Virtual Assistance” to realtors and property managers. By managing everything from designing and maintaining agent websites to listing their properties in MLS and a whole bunch of other things, our objective is to significantly reduce the time they spend on mundane administrative tasks and spend it instead on building their business or with their families.
