Anu Pai - President and COO

Anu has over 14 years of hands-on experience in the U.S. healthcare business. She has a B.S. in Pharmacy and graduated as a "Gold Medalist" from Mangalore University (India), for topping her senior year comprising over 200 students. She is a HIPAA certified licensed pharmacist in the states of Georgia and Tennessee.

Anu is a serial entrepreneur. She is a partner and director in two international real estate firms, whose clients include IBM, Cisco and Sun Microsystems. She has successfully owned, operated and sold multiple businesses of her own in the past including the design and creation of handcrafted gifts and publication of personalized publications for children.

Her experience in technology includes start ups of multi-media customer contact centers. Anu has tremendous attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to get things done. She is extremely focused and goal-oriented.

Her primary objective is to add significant tangible value to Planet Synergy's clients by helping them achieve operational excellence and long term, sustainable business success. Her secondary passion is to develop innovative information technology enabled solutions to reduce the spiraling costs of healthcare, improve the availability and access of high quality health and wellness knowledge to American families, and improve service efficiencies of healthcare providers.

Raj Pai - CEO

Raj has over 17 years of enterprise project management experience in outsourced business processes, offshore/onsite end-to-end software development projects, engineering consulting, contact center operations, customer relationships and quality assurance.

In 1999 Raj started an information technology firm which was acquired by an Atlanta-based marketing firm in 2001.

Raj received the "Productivity Improvement Award" in 1995 from the U.S. Department of Energy for leading the development of an IT-enabled, ISO 9001-based quality management program plan for "FUSRAP," a federal environmental remediation program, which resulted in life cycle cost avoidances in excess of $20 million.

As a consultant, Raj has led numerous mergers and acquisitions audits on behalf of financial institutions and insurance companies. He has developed strategic marketing programs to assist international companies in establishing US operations.

Raj is a chemical engineer by education. He graduated with a B.S. from Bangalore University (India) and completed his Master's program from Tennessee Tech University. He is also an IBM certified e-Business professional and an ISO 9001 quality management auditor.

Raj is passionate about facilitating America in maintaining its global leadership in technological creativity and innovation. He believes the best way to accomplish this objective is by helping American entrepreneurs and small businesses in the three critical business growth and success factors of customer acquisition, customer support and just-in-time IT solutions.
